Since graduating the University of Architecture in Bucharest in 2009, Sorin Urziceanu has worked in various architecture parctices across Europe and Middle East before developing his independent Bucharest based studio and co-founding Atelier Kairos.
His love for materials and detailing is reflected in his work with projects ranging from interior architecture to product design and with the intend of having an impact on people. And to create a better living space for them.
Drawn by the beauty and usefulness of the natural world, his design approach is based on exploring the possibilities of mixing geometric lines with the natural imperfections of organic forms to create compositions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
